What are your support hours?

Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm GMT. For urgent issues outside those hours, email us and we'll respond as soon as we can.

How quickly will I get a response?

Within 24 hours on business days. Critical issues — anything blocking production — are prioritised and typically get a reply within 4 hours.

Do you help with onboarding?

Yes. Every new client gets a setup session, a walkthrough of the platform, and a direct line to the team for the first few weeks.

Is support included in my plan?

Email support is included with all products. If you need a dedicated point of contact or faster response guarantees, get in touch and we can work something out.

Can I request a feature or report a bug?

Absolutely. Email us with the details — screenshots, steps to reproduce, what you expected to happen. We track every report and follow up when it is resolved.

Do you offer training for my team?

Yes. We run onboarding sessions for new teams and can schedule refresher walkthroughs whenever you add staff. Reach out to book a time.
